At GritHaven, we strive to provide a supportive and high-quality fitness environment for all our members. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly. Please review our refund policy below:
Membership Cancellations
- If you cancel your membership within 7 days of signing up, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not used any gym facilities.
- After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing cycles by providing at least 5 days' notice before your next billing date.
Class & Session Bookings
- Cancellations for personal training sessions or group fitness classes made at least 2 days in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Freezes & Holds
- You may place your membership on hold for travel or medical reasons. Please provide notice at least 3 days in advance.
- No refunds are issued during the hold period, but billing will be paused accordingly.
Facility Closures
- In the rare event of temporary gym closure (e.g., maintenance or emergencies), we will extend your membership or offer a pro-rated refund, depending on the duration of the closure.
Merchandise Returns
- Unused gym merchandise (clothing, accessories, etc.) in original condition can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Opened or used products are non-refundable, unless defective.
