Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

• A description of the content that was removed and its previous location.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the content was removed due to a mistake.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. district court (or any court where the service is located if you are outside the U.S.), and your agreement to accept legal service of process from the complainant.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

Once we receive the counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the content.
